We operate as an umbrella for specialized services tailored to deep growth: our Clinical Supervision program mentors post-graduate therapists on their journey to full licensure, while our Outpatient Mental Health wing provides evidence-based psychotherapy. Complementing our clinical work is Limitless Wanderer Reiki, our dedicated energy healing practice that offers a soulful path to nervous system regulation and spiritual exploration. Together, these services ensure that no matter where you are on your journey, you have the tools to move beyond your perceived boundaries. The idea of Defy Limits came about during a yoga class when I realized that I was dissatisfied with the life I was living. When I reflected on that I realized it was because I was setting several limitations on my life based on my insecurities & fears which mostly centered around my weight & authentic self. At that moment I was determined to start Defying my Limits & pursue the life I wanted emotionally, physically, & mentally. Have I perfected this…absolutely NOT…but I have made significant changes to live my authentic & best life. ​I hope to inspire, support & develop a community where those who struggle with living a limited life of fear to confront it with passion & limitlessness.
